Mark has over 20 years professional experience and a proven track record, gaining multiple awards and medals along the way. Most recently he was head chef at Derby’s most prestigious restaurant Darley’s for 9 years, maintaining a Michelin Guide listing and 2 AA Rosettes throughout. He’s traveled extensively gaining knowledge and inspiration from different food cultures and ingredients he’s sampled along the way, this is reflected in his cooking.
